Are we too far out of winter to be talking about lip protectants? I don’t think so. There’s always room in the purse for a good basic lip balm and this is certainly one of those. I like to think of this as a high-end version of Carmex because it’s got the same medicated extreme mintiness that Carmex does. With camphor still being the “active” ingredient, the difference is that the primary ingredient in this is oat kernel flour! It won’t go on white, but don’t expect it to be glossy either. It a very matte lip balm which I rather like because it’s a finish that works if I want something low-key. I don’t know whether or not the oat flour does anything, but rest assured, this lip balm is good.
