You asked, you got. Grooming products for men! Here are some that I know men need and want to use. All are well-formulated, actually work, and none of them have pink packaging. Perfect, right?

The Body Shop Maca Root Shave Cream and Maca Root Face Wash. (top left corner) When men are unsure of where to go for products, I always tell them to head towards The Body Shop. They have products that actually work and are no-nonsense. The Maca Root Shave Cream promises a smooth shave – one that’s better than the leading drugstore shave gel. The Maca Root face wash gives a clean feeling to the face that men love. The key is to use it nightly in order to prevent breakouts!
Peter Thomas Roth Botanical Buffing Beads. Think of this as a body wash and exfoliator in one. The beads dissolve as you scrub and then everything washes away easily. The best part is that you can use this on your face and body, though most men (and women) are going to find that it’s not strong enough for the body. If you want an all-in-one product though, you can’t go wrong with this.
John Frieda Luxurious Volume Purifying Shampoo. If you sweat a lot or use product in your hair, this shampoo will leave it squeaky clean. I know a lot of men use Head and Shoulders, but you don’t need that unless you actually have dandruff! Think of this as your no-nonsense shampoo. It just cleans and leaves hair very shiny.
Dermalogica Ultimate Buffing Cloth. (bottom right corner) Men always want an all over scrubbing product. I suggest investing in Dermalogica’s Ultimate Buffing Cloth. You can use the cheapest body wash and your skin will still be smooth and soft thanks to this. It exfoliates like nothing else on the market, and you’d have to use a salt scrub daily to get the effects of this cloth. Save yourself the money and the mess and just get this. You’ll notice results after just one week of use. Order online at Exclusive Beauty Boutique.
Erno Laszlo Sea Mud Soap. You can get this online from the Erno Laszlo website, and it’s a great product because it absorbs oil but doesn’t leave your skin overly dry. The sea mud is a super fine exfoliater because of it’s almost sandy texture. Use this daily and you’ll notice clearer skin.
Biore Ultra Deep Cleansing Strips. Available at your drugstore, this is probably the product that almost every man should have in his bathroom. Clogged pores are no good and unfortunately not everyone has an hour to take out for a facial biweekly. Biore Pore Strips are cheap and easy to use at home, plus they have results that you can see! Use once a week!
