CoverGirl Lash Blast

Here’s a picture of the wand that makes Cover Girl’s mascara, Lash Blast, so intriguing. It seems to use the same spiky bristles as the newest mascaras but the wand is huge! The small wand you see on the left is the one for Volume Exact. See how much smaller it is?
I usually don’t like mascaras with fat brushes. I find them to be unwieldy and I inadvertently get mascara on my eyelid as I try to negotiate mascara on every part of my lashes. That said, this mascara is really good and it does give me long full lashes that are slightly curled as well. I would even say that this is one of the best mascaras of the year and if you’re looking for a mascara that delivers and you like the fat wand mascaras, then this is your best bet.

Happy Holidays! Just wanted to let you know that I bought my Lash Blast at SDM 2 weeks ago. It’s on a free standing display:)

    Yup!
I saw it in the Shoppers Drug Mart flyer a few weeks ago.
I got mine in the states though. Haven’t tried it yet.

I just have to say I think this is the WORST mascara I have ever used. I hate it so much and everytime the commercial comes on I get mad because its all LIES!
This is their worst product ever.

OH my goodness, I’m sorry to hear that. I love this mascara! I”m interested though – which one is your favourite?

I agree that its pretty bad. Great results as promised but trying to take it out, its a trial and a half. I lost a lot of lashes through this mascara.

I tried everything to remove it but nothing works.

I have heard other people say that about this mascara, and I think that a change in makeup remover is required since I’ve never had a problem taking this mascara off. Try using an oil cleanser such as one by Dermalogica or La Mer!

I have to agree with those who don’t like this mascara. I had high hopes because there were so many good reviews but I hated it. I found that it was extremely difficult to remove and although I don’t have sensitive eyes, it made my eyes water from the minute I put it on until I finally manage to remove it. I’ve never had that problem with any other mascara. Don’t bother with this one ladies.
