I like to keep micellar water on hand to help me take off makeup when I’m in a hurry. Instead of using it on cotton pads, I actually pour it on to a cleansing cloth and it gets off any long-wear lipstick, eyeliner or mascara that might be on my face.
This says that it’s a no-rinse formula and you really don’t have to rinse it if you want your skin to be hydrated. I kept reaching for this Cerave Micellar water and now it’s done.
