Get In Shape

Here is a question to all the readers – what are you doing this summer to get in shape?  You’ve already been with my on my quest to get more fit – from the gym memberships, to detoxing, to finding the right balance between eating healthy and indulging myself. It’s made a difference, but i want to take things to the next level – any tips?

    I have recently discovered WiiActive and I LOVE it!!!

    It is SO much better than WiiFit for actually working out and making progress.

    It has a calorie counter on the screen as you exercise so you can see how many calories that you are burning and it gradually increases the amount of exercises and the level of difficulty as you progress.

    It is SO much fun and I really have noticed a difference in not only my figure but my levels of strength and endurance as well.

    Definitely check it out 😀

    The Biggest Loser videos! They are tough, fun & totally work! Highly recommend them to anyone fit or unfit! I am a pretty avid runner and have been for years, but these just upped my game a little bit!

    Yoga twice a week, Tennis once a week, walking to work (half an hour per trip) whenever i can. And drink lots of water!!! 🙂
