How To: Christina Hendricks at the Mad Men Premiere

Christina Hendricks looked amazing at the premiere of Mad Men last week, and it turns out that all her makeup is NARS!  Here’s how her look was achieved.  I must get my hands on the Bangkok lipstick because it looks phenomenal.  Seems to be that perfect berry shade. The makeup artist was Vanessa Scali.

Face:
-Prep the skin with PRO-PRIME Skin Smoothing Face Prep
-Apply Sheer Glow Foundation starting in the center of the face, and blending outward. (Apply only where necessary.)
-Brush Douceur Blush on the apples of the cheeks
-Set the look by adding a very small amount of Pressed Powder to the t-zone

EYES:
-Apply PRO-PRIME Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base all over eyelids
-Use Corfu Cream Eyeshadow on the center of the lid and create depth by applying Cayenne Cream Eyeshadow to the crease and outer corners of the eyelid
-Set Cayenne by applying Coconut Grove Single Eyeshadow (new for Fall 2010) lightly to the same areas
-Define and elongate the upper lashline by applying Black Moon Eyeliner Pencil from inner corner to outer corner
-Lightly apply Skorpios Soft Touch Shadow Pencil under the bottom lashes
-Use Black Moon Eyeliner Pencil on the outer corners of the bottom lash line for definition
-For a dramatic approach, apply a few very generous coats of Larger Than life Volumizing Mascara on both the upper and lower lashes

LIPS:
-Apply one coat of Bangkok Pure Matte Lipstick to polish off the look
