Light water serums are not cutting it anymore. The latest skincare products are richer and thicker but still meant to be layered for perhaps even more moisture. Although I have oily skin, it’s taken to little bouts of dryness lately, but won’t handle anything too rich and greasy. I need some hydration not just emollients.
Kiehl’s new Serum Concentrate is perfect. It’s thicker than an actual serum – it comes out like a gel. Rub it into skin for immediate relief, but the 15% glycerine stays in your skin and attracts more moisture to it. Add your regular moisturizer on top to really seal in what you’ve put in, or do like I do, and follow up with foundation.
Low-key and powerful, this is great for all skin types looking for something extra in their skincare regimen.
