There’s an emphasis this summer on shimmery lashes. First there was Cover Girl’s Lash Exact in an eye brightening formula, and now there’s Cover Girl’s Lash Blast Luxe. Essentially it’s the same idea as Lash Exact – the regular black mascara has hints of a different coloured shimmer that enhance your lashes. I like the kind with red shimmer because it makes the mascara look purple which works well for brown eyes.
