A couple of weeks ago, I told you all about my brush fixation, and it’s not over yet.
I just got my hands on a MAC 150 Powder Brush, and I have to say that I am in love.
MAC says that the brush is “full and dense for dusting loose or pressed powder on face or body. This brush is particularly good for blush application with soft fibers that form a full, rounded shape. M·A·C professional brushes are hand-sculpted and assembled using the finest quality materials. They feature wood handles and nickel-plated brass ferrules.
The brush is huge and fluffy, but the best part about it is that the head is slightely tapered. That means that you can really control where you place the powder and can get into those little nooks and crannies in your face, such as the area under your eyes, or beside your nose.
MAC makes great brushes that are basically fool proof to use. They are made of super soft hairs so you will never feel any kind of scratching on your skin, and they make applying product such a dream. These are work horse brushes. I have a set from 5 years ago, and they’re all still intact despite years of daily use. You can wash them again and again and nothing will happen.
This brush is especially great for applying powder, and I use it to apply my Careblend Pressed Powder.
Available for $50.50 at the MAC store.
