Rimmel London Eye Magnifier Mascara Product Review

Rimmel London Eye Magnifier Mascara is so bad that I actually tossed an almost-empty tube in the bin today. The main problem, I feel, is with the wand. The head is made up of very cheap plastic and the teeth aren’t as fine as they should be, which means that you get lashes clumping together instead of being separated.

LOL, I agree! I generally dislike Rimmel mascaras and this one is no exception. Can’t wait to hear what you have to say about the new Maybelline Define-a-Lash Volume, I think it’s fantastic!

I agree! I hated it as soon as I applied it for the first time. I tried a few more times but I gave up and threw it away – also almost-empty. I went thru reviews of cosmetics posted by consumers and found that Rimmel is one of the worst brands as for mascaras. However, their lip gloss is supposed to be one of the good ones.

I really like the Rimmel Eye Magnifier Mascara. My eyelashes are quite blonde and straight. Without much effort at all, I get long, black, curled lashes! Amazing! My only complaint is the packaging. It come with the wand outside of the bottle so there is an extra piece of hard plastic to go into the garbage. That is environmentally un-friendly as it gets!

Marie I totally agree! I think Cover Girl was the first brand that started doing this and all the other companies followed suit so that you could see the wand you were getting. Why not just have a nice clear picture or a good sample glued to the display?
