Sephora Brand Waterproof Eyeliner. We love it because it is thin enough to help you rim your eyes on bottom and top.
The best part about this eyeliner is that it comes in lots of different colours. If you’re already stocked up on black, you must try the silver. Used lightly on the inside rims, it wakes up eyes and gives them a brightness white pencil just never got to.
