This just in: there’s now an eyeshadow primer that can compete with Urban Decay’s Primer Potion. Tarte’s Lifted Natural Eye Primer has nearly the same ingredient list and comes in a container so that you can actually get more of the primer out of the bottle and on to your lids. The application isn’t as dry as Urban Decay’s but it still lets shadow show true vivid colour without creasing and smearing throughout the day.
