I thought I would test out a new tubing mascara. I thought it was ok. Not as much oomph as I like. People have told me that it actually smudged on them, so maybe the tubing action is not great either, although I didn’t have a problem. So far, my favourite tubing mascara is the Tarte the Tartelette mascara.
